Event impact calculator

My event impact is a simple, fast and free online tool that enables any event to estimate its environmental and social impact completely independently!
Aimed at all organizers, it takes just a few minutes to draw up an assessment of your approach, and encourages you to go further by implementing new concrete actions.

They trust us

The tool is based on the 10 main pillars of an event's impact

How does it work? → In concrete terms, you answer around twenty questions and, at the end of the process, you'll know your level along with its progress index. You'll be able to save your results (as a link) so you can come back to them later, archive them or share them with your partners*

*Please note that once an evaluation has been validated, it can no longer be modified. If you wish to test several scenarios, you will need to redo an evaluation. But don't worry, access to the tool is unlimited and free!

Who's it for?

For all events! Whether you’re organizing a “saucisson” trail in the Beaufortain, a “collant/pipette” ski mountaineering competition in Chamonix or an “outdoor and naturism” festival in the south of France, this tool is for you! Whatever the size of the event or the number of participants, this tool is the first step in assessing its environmental and social impact.

The aim of this tool is to give organizers access to a simple, easy and free tool to take the first steps towards a more environmentally-friendly transformation of their event. It’s a simplified, declarative assessment.

If you’d like to go into more detail and make recommendations for action, we invite you to contact us, and we’ll show you our pro assessment: the complete environmental & social impact measurement!
